Renee Consiglio is the regional trust manager at our Scottsdale and Los Angeles offices. She is also a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA). Renee has over thirty years of Trust and Estate experience.

Richard Jobe is a Vice President and Regional Trust Manager at Arden Trust with more than 15 years of experience in trust administration. He joined the firm in 2018 and oversees a team administering a diverse portfolio of trusts exceeding $6 billion in assets. Richard brings prior high‑net‑worth trust experience from Wilmington Trust and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Houston.

Cort Miller is a regional trust manager of our Milwaukee Office. He specializes in personal trust administration, including settlement and special needs trusts. His background features an undergraduate degree from Loyola University, Chicago, and a law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. Known for his deep legal expertise in fiduciary matters, Cort offers valuable insights to his clients.

Karen Savage is a senior branch manager and team lead at our Florida office in Palm Beach Gardens. Karen is also a specialist in trust and estate settlement, serving as a business liaison resource. She has more than 30 years of trust experience.

Sue Turnage is a regional trust manager at our Dallas office. She has over 35 years of experience managing wealth relationships for individuals, families, and nonprofit organizations.

Adriane Baker is the Chief Compliance Officer at Arden Trust Company in Delaware, oversees trust administration compliance nationwide with over 20 years of experience in finance and banking. She joined Arden Trust in 2011 as a Trust Officer, later assuming roles including Compliance and Operations Manager before her current position since January 2019. Prior to Arden, she worked with Wachovia/Wells Fargo and MBNA/Bank of America. Adriane holds a B.S. in business management and an MBA in financial management from Goldey-Beacom College, as well as a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University Delaware Law School. She is a Cannon School Honor Graduate and completed the Essentials of Management Leadership Program at the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College.

Adam Davis is Chief Fiduciary Officer of Arden Trust Company, overseeing the organization’s fiduciary activities, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards while delivering exceptional client outcomes. Adam brings to his role at Arden Trust over two decades of experience building and leading high-performing trust and wealth management teams and excels in personal trust administration, estate planning, and risk mitigation. As a skilled communicator and nimble problem-solver, Adam combines entrepreneurial vision with empathetic leadership to mitigate risks and build lasting legacies. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Texas Christian University and his JD from SMU Dedman School of Law.

Theresa de Leon is the National Director of Sales. Theresa and the sales team are focused on deepening relationships with RIA firms, brokerage houses, centers of influence, and Kestra holdings-associated partners. Theresa received her Juris Doctor from NY Law School, her master’s in accounting from NYU, Stern School of Business Administration, and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University. She joined Arden in 2022 and brings over 20 years of experience in trust services and wealth management.

Zachary Pedigo is the Chief Investment Officer within our asset management division. At Arden, Zach and his team have oversight over our third-party vendors and network of alliance partners, to provide allocation and asset management for fiduciary accounts. From an extensive background spanning over 20 years in investment management, Zach brings a wealth of expertise to his role at Arden Trust, where he has been a driving force since 2021. With a solid educational foundation from the University of Georgia, Zach is also a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
